The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the main entry of Petra, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. The staff truly went above and beyond, providing exceptional customer-focused service, offering advice, and accommodating everyone's needs. The reception room was a great social space, and the cozy cabins provided a comfortable stay. The showers were in good condition and the owner himself was friendly and quick to fix any issues. my experience was enhanced by the attentive staff and the convenient location.

They gave great advice on hikes and were very supportive in arranging transportation. Additionally, the location was perfect - very close to the entrance of the main attraction. It made it very convenient for exploring the area.

The cabins or capsules are all in the same room, which means there is no privacy and a lot of noise. The walls between the capsules are paper thin, which can be quite bothersome.

The hostel also had a kitchen for guests to use, as well as free coffee and tea. The dorm I stayed in was quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful with travel recommendations. The hostel also provided towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom, which was really useful. the comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, and inviting common room made my stay at the Petra Cabin Inn unforgettable. I highly recommend this hostel which offers a great balance of quality and price.
